Xenoboric acid was a green liquid chemical used in the refining of thorilide. It was highly toxic, dissolving organics such as Lal Grallik in a matter of minutes. Also, prolonged exposure to the fumes it released could produce the same effects, a fate suffered by mines inspector Lemuel Tharsa.[1]
