Xaxxis, also known as old Xaxxis after its destruction, was a city located on the planet Metagos.^[2] Around 72 BBY,^[1] a solar disturbance caused the surface of Metagos to be washed by radiation and turned to glass, destroying Xaxxis and killing many of its inhabitants. The survivors fled into the caves beneath the surface, where the city of New Xaxxis was eventually formed.^[2]
