XL 5115 engine

The XL 5115 engine was a simple but speedy Podracer engine designed by Exelbrok.

Ody Mandrell used an XL 5115 in 32 BBY. In the Boonta Eve Classic race of that year, one of Mandrell's pit droids, DUM-4, wrecked the engine by walking in front of it when Ody took a pit stop. DUM-4 was sucked in, and the engine exploded.

Characteristics

The XL 5115 was a good all around podracer with above average acceleration and low top speed. However Ody Mandrell's model was fitted with a more advanced repair system.
