The Wyrd elite guard were an elect group of male Tarasin soldiers who served the Wyrd, a coven of dark side Force witches that operated on the planet Cularin.[1] By around 19 BBY,[2] the Wyrd elite guard were diminished in number. In a final gambit to attain victory for the Wyrd, the surviving members of the elite guard supported an effort by the coven to turn the ch'hala trees of Cularin, to turn the trees to the dark side of the Force, gathering at the ch'hala Heart Tree to defend the First Witch of the Wyrd, her second-in-command and the Wyrd's Inner Circle as they initiated a ritual to corrupt the trees. However, the Wyrd and their elite guard were thwarted in their efforts and defeated by the heroes of Cularin.[1]
