I propose that Vandalism would be called "Yuuzhan Vongism", because Vandals were barbarians that invaded Roman Empire, and in Star Wars the barbarians who invaded the Galaxy are the Yuuzhan Vongs. --Palpatine81 14:55, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
- I don't think so: we should be relatively serious about this and keep using a term which non-fans will understand. —Silly Dan (talk) 22:46, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
- After all, Palpatine here called me a Yuuzhan Vong for allegded "vandalism". I guess he just wants to make it official now. —Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

- The fact that he called your edits vandalism has already been dealt with elsewhere, Jack. —Silly Dan (talk) 23:12, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

Under discussion?
This has been "under discussion" for a long time; it is as if the admins have forgotton about it. Vandalism is a vital policy to clarify as at the moment, the admins pretty much have a free reign over what they decide to be "vandalism". This is unfair, as how can people be punished for "vandalism", when it hasn't even been decided what "vandalism" actually is, so users may inadvertantly cause it. It is the responsibility of the admins that they actually get their act together and sort this out. --80.42.123.11 15:01, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
