Reference to Talkheader
I noticed that although we have a Talkheader template clearly informing users that any discussion made to an article's talk page must be relevant to changes to the article, this page in particular seems to lack any reference to it. This can cause some confusion, as the page specifically reads that "unless they meet one of the criteria below, no comment may be removed," and yet the removal of a comment in violation of the Talkheader is not one of the items listed. Though it may seem unnecessary to mention it in the first place, the cause for confusion still stands as in years past, I recall that the deletion of any comment even if it were in violation of policy was strictly prohibited (~that is unless I was misinformed). In any case, since this page is explicit enough to state that "Under the following limited criteria only, comments may be removed without being archived," it would be beneficial to also clarify here that a post which is irrelevant to changes to an article may also be removed.
If in fact this was intended to have been covered under "off-topic posts," I would like to suggest that in that case the wording of it is vague; users may consider a comment relevant to the subject of the article as "on-topic" even if the comment did not actually concern revisions or maintenance to the article itself.
