Clone space trooper

See here. There is no source for "clone space trooper" as far as I know. Admiral J. Nebulax 21:25, 15 Jan 2006 (UTC)

  • Bly1993, where's your source? Admiral J. Nebulax 21:31, 15 Jan 2006 (UTC)
    • JUST LOOK AT THE SOURCES SECTION OF THE PAGE! Bly1993 21:35, 15 Jan 2006 (UTC)
      • Then why on Earth did you put the sources in after I put the page up for deletion? Why not have them up at the beginning? Admiral J. Nebulax 21:37, 15 Jan 2006 (UTC)
        • And the Bacara databank entry link is not a source for this. Admiral J. Nebulax 21:39, 15 Jan 2006 (UTC)
          • I didn't read any of the sources except the Bacara databank article and I watched Clone Wars, and I had to go to the Battle of New Bornalex article to get the sources. You put the VFD and I put the sources at almost the same time. And, yes the DB article is a source. This article is a page with the Clone Wars ones and the Battle of New Bornalex ones, which is mentioned in the databank.Bly1993 21:41, 15 Jan 2006 (UTC)
  • Are there any other major differences between standard clone trooper armor and the space troopers? -- SFH 21:45, 15 Jan 2006 (UTC)
    • Bly1993: The Galactic Marines used prototype spacetrooper armor, not "clone space trooper" article, meaning that having the Bacara databank entry as a source is incorrect. And just because they have jetpacks and they operated in space does not mean they were specificially used in space combat. And for the other two sources, they say nothing about it. And SFH: No. Admiral J. Nebulax 21:51, 15 Jan 2006 (UTC)
      • And another thing, Bly: You put "clone space trooper" into the article. Admiral J. Nebulax 21:53, 15 Jan 2006 (UTC)
        • Than why were the sources on the Bornalex article, which the main point of the battle was the spacetroopers, Jack?Lt. 1993 21:56, 15 Jan 2006 (UTC)
          • You don't get it, do you? The armor they used were prototype Imperial spacetrooper armor, not this, even though the Empire wasn't around yet. And as for the other sources on the Battle of New Bornalex, it talks about the battle, not the Galactic Marine's prototype spacetrooper armor. So, there is no point to this article because a) there is no source for the name, b) some of the information is false, and c) the sources aren't sources for this made-up specialized clone trooper division. Admiral J. Nebulax 23:18, 15 Jan 2006 (UTC)
            • You'll notice that I change a lot in the article. If this wasn't to be deleted, that is what it would have to look like, except for some smaller errors which are unimportant to this discussion. Admiral J. Nebulax 23:21, 15 Jan 2006 (UTC)
  • OK. Bly1993 00:23, 16 Jan 2006 (UTC)
    • Finally you get it. Admiral J. Nebulax 00:39, 16 Jan 2006 (UTC)
  • And, also, what about the fact that they were able to walk on the Prosperous without getting sucked into space? That they could breathe in space? They most likely had mini gravity-well projectors, and oxygen tanks in their armor, two more clues as to if they operated in space. Bly1993 12:44, 20 January 2006 (UTC)
    • The being able to walk on the ship is a cartoon thing. All clone troopers have vac-sealed armor, with life support. This is a made up article. You just saw clone troopers in space with jetpacks, and you freaked out and gave them a name. DELETE.--Xilentshadow900 21:57, 20 January 2006 (UTC)
      • That sums it up rather well, Xilent. Admiral J. Nebulax 16:39, 21 January 2006 (UTC)
  • How do we know that the guys just removed were sockpuppets? -- SFH 21:50, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
  • They had no other edits than on this page, and Bly closed the VFD a few minutes after they cast their votes. --Imp 21:52, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
    • He just wants his page to be kept, so he's doing this kind of thing. But as of now, I believe this is over, and the page can be deleted. Admiral J. Nebulax 22:01, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
  • Okay... sorry about the sockpuppet thing before. I was just a bit uptight about something and wasn't thinking... change my vote to delete. We do need an official source. Lt. 1993 01:43, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
    • Okay, then... The vote is over. The article can be deleted. Admiral J. Nebulax 20:46, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
