- He just voted for LtNOWIS two weeks ago, so yes not that recent, and no he hasn't been on the IRC, but haven't there been technical difficulties with IRC lately? I very much appreciate the nomination, but several RL obligations have been keeping busy for the past several months and show no sign of letting up. I don't think I'd really have the time to do adminship justice, so I'm going to have to respectfully decline the nomination. Still, I appreciate the thought. RMF 00:54, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
