This could work, you know. 1, We don't know much about what Jaxxon was doing around this time. 2, We don't know when Waru got pulled into our universe, so he could have been on Lusankya for study, say, being sampled for Krytos or something, and Isard sent him back to Crseih before she was defeated. 3, Reist was technically dead, yes, but his body was buried intact and we have several methods of resurrection or zombification.
