- First glance from the Council Chambers:
- GAN requirement number 9: "For articles under 1000 words in length, comprehensive detail is required with all information covered from all sources and appearances. For articles over 1000 words, broad coverage addressing all major aspects of the topic is sufficient." The article currently stands at only 443 words, disqualifying it from the "broad coverage" provision. This must be expanded up to at least one thousand words at the absolute minimum, preferably more, before I'll even consider looking at it.

- I did not, because I was unaware of this. Nowhere on the page nor in the talk page does it say this (though I understand what you're saying). Also, I don't understand why this article requires 1,000 words; why can it not fall under the "under 1,000 words" category? I didn't understand that the source requirement was required everywhere, so I will get to adding them. Lastly, if this is Grunny's personal project, then why are others not allowed to work on the article? That sounds pretty bad, having an encyclopedia that anyone can edit, except the articles that someone has claimed". - Ok, so I remove my comments about article reservation with an apology, because I didn't notice that this was part of a Wookieeproject (which it does say on the talk page). But still, I maintain that I can still edit the article and even bring it up to GA status, especially since Grunny, having claimed it, hasn't made an edit since at least May. - As far as the word count, read the rule I quoted. Any article under 1,000 words (which this article currently is) must be comprehensive—i.e. fully detailed without glossing over major plot points with just a few words. In order to be comprehensive, this article would have to be several thousand words, given that Vestara is a major character in Omen. The alternative is "broad coverage", meaning that the article simply addresses all major points without going into the level of detail required of a comprehensive article. However, such articles must be at least 1,000 words minimum. Any article both under 1,000 words and not comprehensive simply cannot qualify as a Good Article. As far as Grunny goes, I suspect he's waiting for Abyss to be released in two weeks; she is listed in the Dramatis Personae for that book, and as such will need a significant update at that time. —Master Jonathan(Jedi Council Chambers) 17:53, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
