• "Annoyed with his comment, the farmer Julen Rakab, who was also visiting the office, briefly argued with the pilot about his further insinuations that the local Batuuan farmers living on the world were useless." Perspective issue: The pilot's comment should be the focus here, but it's presented from Rakab's point of view.
• "As the man walked away with G1-MD, Skillen turned her attention toward Rakab's inquiries." I don't think this is relevant to the pilot.
• "By 34 ABY,[2] Rakab felt that the pilot had an elderly appearance and noticed a scar on his cheek." Similar perspective issue here, for the scar in particular.
