Planet is double linked. We avoid using the word "this" in IU articles. Is there no relvant quote?LucaRoR(Talk) 07:13, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
- Got rid of the double link and most instances of "this"; there's one in the BTS that I think still works for the wording. I could not find any relevant quotes: the scene in Ahsoka where the trooper is mentioned has no dialogue, and I am not aware of any more potential quote material that could fit on this page from any other sources. SilverSunbird (talk) 07:22, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
- I’ll back Silver up here: there is no material with quotable dialogue. — YakovChaimTzvi

- There are still two "this" in IU parts of the article: on in P&T and one in a reference. LucaRoR

- Fixed, down to just the one in the BTS I mentioned. SilverSunbird (talk) 16:17, 5 September 2021 (UTC)

In the 2nd refernce you should link died earlier in the sentence.- Is the continuity error really an error? I mean, I think that clones have more than only one armor, I might be wrong though. (Fell free to ignore this objection).
- Does Star Wars: The Clone Wars – "Old Friends Not Forgotten" identifie Mandalore as a planet?
Did the trooper explictly die during the Sige or was he killed during Order 66?LucaRoR(Talk) 16:29, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
- I found a source that does say Mandalore is a planet. As for how this guy died, the novel implies it was during the Siege but does not say so outright, so I reworded it. SilverSunbird (talk) 16:36, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
- Regarding the armour, the exact quote from the novel is "And you couldn't tell clones apart when they were dead, especially not if they were buried in another's set of armor." It does imply that this trooper was buried in Rex's entire set of armour, not just some pieces of it, which is something that has always bugged me since it never quite gelled with Rebels, where Rex still has several pieces of his armour including his helmet, which is a custom job that would be difficult, if not impossible, to replicate at short notice. In line with point 6 of Wookieepedia:Sourcing#Rules, you should try cutting down on the amount of references used. For example, the novel establishes the clones were forced to comply with Order 66 due to the chip, and that Ahsoka wasn't a Jedi at that pointLewisr (talk) 16:35, 5 September 2021 (UTC)- References have been streamlined. SilverSunbird (talk) 16:48, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
- You can further streamline, Mandalore being a planet is sourceable to the Galactic Atlas, and the specifics of Order 66 could more than likely be sourced to one of the pre-existing references rather than introduce a whole new in Episode III, though it'd be best to check first Lewisr (talk) 17:20, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
- Done. I'm leaving in Revenge of the Sith, though, because it has a more thorough explanation of Order 66 than the book does. SilverSunbird (talk) 17:28, 5 September 2021 (UTC)

Does the Star Wars Book say this trooper is a member of the 332nd Division? Currently the article says it doesYou don't need a full release date, just the year being sourced to the novel will do.- Added a note for the 332nd, streamlined the release date. Reference notes need to be fully linkedLewisr (talk) 18:11, 5 September 2021 (UTC)- Added several links. Is that sufficient, or do I need to add more? SilverSunbird (talk) 18:15, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
- The 2nd and 3rd need to be fully linked as well, each individual note needs to be fully linked like any article would be following the same rules Lewisr (talk) 18:25, 5 September 2021 (UTC)

Looking at the BTS, "The Lost Commanders" can be dated to fifteen years after the end of the war, I just updated the date note on that episode's pageLewisr (talk) 18:25, 5 September 2021 (UTC)- I have taken the liberty of stealing your note from there to use here. SilverSunbird (talk) 18:32, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
There's mention that before Ahsoka went to her ship that 'She placed a hand on the grave marker and allowed herself one more moment to think about the man who was buried there and about the man who wasn't.' This should be addedLewisr (talk) 16:50, 7 September 2021 (UTC)- Done. SilverSunbird (talk) 16:54, 7 September 2021 (UTC)

- Hey, silver! welcome to the GAN! I just have two minor things to request before casting my vote
I think the sentence starting with "in order to fake their deaths" can be the start of a new paragraphYou could fit File:TanoAndRexMedBay.png in the biography section and File:332nd-grave-yard.png in the behind the scenes to ensure the article has some images.Editoronthewiki (talk) 18:20, 5 September 2021 (UTC)- Added the paragraph break and one picture. I think leaving out images of the SW:TCW depiction of Ahsoka's Order 66 experience in the main article body is for the best considering how different it is to the novel, given that the novel's version of events subtly implies Rex already had his chip removed. SilverSunbird (talk) 18:24, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
- I understand the concern, though the image would be more for showcasing the characters involved. If you don't want to still, feel free to use an image of Mandalore, or just an image of Ahsoka or Rex on their own or something (like maybe File:ShadowUmbara-TCWLightDark.png, to ensure there is another picture Editoronthewiki (talk) 18:34, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
- It just occurred to me that a picture of Ahsoka and Rex on Mandalore from "Old Friends Not Forgotten" or "The Phantom Apprentice" would, IMO, be best in the article body. Just have to get one and put it in. SilverSunbird (talk) 18:37, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
- It's from "Shattered", actually, but I found a picture. SilverSunbird (talk) 18:52, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
- There's also File:Ahsoka-Rex-talk-Mandalore.png if you want one during the siege. Nevertheless, either works Editoronthewiki (talk) 19:05, 5 September 2021 (UTC)

"during or after the Siege of Mandalore" This implies that the character could have died after 19 BBY, when the siege takes place.Image captions should connect with the subject of this article.UberSoldat93(talk) 19:33, 6 September 2021 (UTC)
- Reworded the note to be more clear. Ahsoka does not specify whether the trooper died directly during the Siege or during Ahsoka and Rex's escape from Order 66, only that she isn't the person who killed him. I also rewrote the caption for the image used in "Biography". SilverSunbird (talk) 23:01, 6 September 2021 (UTC)
- Oh, by the way, is there any particular reason why you pipelinked Sith Lord to Dark Lord of the Sith? There's not that much of a difference in meaning, and I'm curious. SilverSunbird (talk) 04:52, 7 September 2021 (UTC)
- We link to the most specific term on the first linking instance. In this case, "Dark Lord of the Sith" refers to one of the two active Sith Lords at a time. UberSoldat93
(talk) 09:44, 7 September 2021 (UTC)
- Another question: why did you twice remove the link to Siege of Mandalore in the article body — the only link to the battle's name in the article body, I might add — on the grounds of "compliance with the Manual of Style"? Because frankly, that doesn't actually make any sense and I would appreciate if you could leave it alone. SilverSunbird (talk) 16:31, 7 September 2021 (UTC)
- An honest mistake. UberSoldat93

Per precedent, skin color shouldn't be assumed and affiliation with the Republic can just be sourced straight to the story they appear in.Commander is a separate rank, which I don't believe Tano held during the siege, so commanding officer should probably be linked instead.UberSoldat93(talk) 07:26, 2 November 2021 (UTC)
