  • Intro; why did the refugess aid the Hand of Judgement?
    • That better?--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 12:59, September 4, 2012 (UTC)
  • Intro; context on Poln Major
    • Is that what you were after here?--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 12:59, September 4, 2012 (UTC)
      • Nice, but the info needs to be repeated in the body. The intro should have no exclusive information.
        • Done--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 10:00, September 12, 2012 (UTC)
  • Intro; context on Daric Larone
    • Fixed.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 12:59, September 4, 2012 (UTC)
  • Bio; article for homeworld?
    • We don't know anything about it, but I'll create one.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 13:13, September 4, 2012 (UTC)
  • Mention needs to be made of Thrawn's allegiance to the Empire on first mention
    • Done--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 13:13, September 4, 2012 (UTC)
  • And why Vanataar was his agent
    • We don't know, he never tells that. We don't even know exactly how Thrawn and Troukree have become allies in the first place.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 12:59, September 4, 2012 (UTC)
  • Why was the governor targeted for assassination?
    • Added--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 13:13, September 4, 2012 (UTC)
  • Context on Joak Quiller
    • Him and Brightwater, added--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 13:13, September 4, 2012 (UTC)
  • Context on Hand of Judgement's relationship to the Empire (deserters) needs to be explicit
    • Added--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 13:13, September 4, 2012 (UTC)
  • You mention a second attack on the Whistling Wind without mentioning a first
    • Because they had nothing to do with the first, but added.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 13:13, September 4, 2012 (UTC)
      • Were the Troukree present for the attack? If so, mention of the first attack and their non-involvement should be made before the mentioned of the second attack. If they arrived after the first attack, then this should be stated explicitly. - Cavalier OneFarStar(Squadron channel) 08:51, September 12, 2012 (UTC)
        • They were, but were not involved in it in any way. I'll see if I can change it, but the wording might become awkward.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 09:44, September 12, 2012 (UTC)
          • It sounds a bit strange now, but it is there.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 10:00, September 12, 2012 (UTC)
  • Articles for the attacks on the tapcafe are needed - Cavalier OneFarStar(Squadron channel) 12:24, September 4, 2012 (UTC)
    • I'll put all three attacks under the title Skirmish in Whitestone City if that is acceptable? And then link it on the first mention, as usually.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 12:59, September 4, 2012 (UTC)
  • One more thing; a resolution to the attacks against the tapcafe is needed. Did the HoJ and their allies win themselves, or were they rescued?
    • Done--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 13:09, September 20, 2012 (UTC)
      • What do you mean by "and was directly pointed to the attackers by the other members of the group."? I can't think what this means and haven't got the book to hand to check. - Cavalier OneFarStar(Squadron channel) 21:49, October 8, 2012 (UTC)
        • Did that make it any clearer? I have to admit, looking at the sentence again, that it was a bit weird.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 16:49, October 9, 2012 (UTC)
  • Also, mention is made of the Troukree's acrobatic ability, indicating he did something that showed this off. Is it worth mentioning in the bio? - Cavalier OneFarStar(Squadron channel) 12:54, September 20, 2012 (UTC)
    • And done. I'm very tempted to call what he does "Acrobatic ally" talent from The Unknown Regions RPG book...--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 13:09, September 20, 2012 (UTC)
Ecks Dee
  • Preliminary objection: Can you cut down a bit on the emdash usage? It gets a bit heavy in the biography. 1358 (Talk) 21:32, September 21, 2012 (UTC)
    • Done.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 12:22, September 22, 2012 (UTC)
Code-8's report
  • Context for Vaantaar in the first sentence. It currently sounds like we should already know who he is. That's it. Commander Code-8 To say hi, press 42 06:38, October 17, 2012 (UTC)
    • Done, sort of...--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 09:58, October 17, 2012 (UTC)
Pull My Finger
  • Eliminate all usage of "this."—Tommy 9281 Wednesday, October 17, 2012, 06:54 UTC
    • Done.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 09:58, October 17, 2012 (UTC)
Toprawa
  • As a preliminary objection, may I suggest finding at least one point in the Biography to insert a paragraph break? Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 19:01, October 17, 2012 (UTC)
    • Done. I had been thinking if it might need it, but just hadn't bothered to actually go ahead and do it.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 19:10, October 17, 2012 (UTC)
    • Thanks. Not an objection, but I did some fairly significant rewriting of the first few sentences of both the intro and the biography to help smooth out and clarify the prose a little bit. Feel free to let me know if you disagree with any of my changes.
      • Looks good to me.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 07:36, October 18, 2012 (UTC)
  • The biography doesn't really specify whether the Troukree-stormtrooper efforts to fight off Esva's troops at the tapcafe succeeded. I think the article would benefit from the inclusion of one sentence mentioning this.
    • Better?--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 07:36, October 18, 2012 (UTC)
      • Yes. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 17:06, October 18, 2012 (UTC)
  • I don't remember these specifics from the story, since I read it about a year ago, but are we sure about the role of the 501st Legion in the Hand of Judgment's joining of Thrawn's empire?
    • The Hand of Judgment recreated the 501st for Empire of the Hand. It is mentioned in the last conversation they have in the novel. I also double checked it from Zahn himself, when working on the Hand of Judgment article.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 21:01, October 17, 2012 (UTC)
      • Ok, but is this actually part of Thrawn's original invitation in the story, to create a new 501st? Because this sentence makes it sound like he literally invited them on the spot to create a new 501st within his empire, which I don't think was exactly the case. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 21:08, October 17, 2012 (UTC)
        • Thrawn simply invites them to train his people, but the Hand of Judgment comes up with the idea of using 501st name. I'll see if I can reword it a bit.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 21:18, October 17, 2012 (UTC)
          • Looks better. Perhaps also a redlink for their 501st version, unless an article already exists somewhere? Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 17:06, October 18, 2012 (UTC)
            • Hallelujah! Someone actually agrees with me about "the new 501st" deserving a separate article! I've been trying to talk about the topic of making it, but so far have been ignored. It is too big change to do on my own.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 16:28, October 22, 2012 (UTC)
              • Well, the way I see it is that they are two complete and distinct different units under different leadership, different affiliations, and different operating histories, in completely different corners of the galaxy, at least until 9 ABY. I won't hold up the nomination on this, but nothing is preventing you from creating an article for this at present. You don't necessarily need to take anything out of the 501st Legion article. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 18:11, October 22, 2012 (UTC)
                • I'll do it that way then. And maybe later, when it is good enough on its own, we can change the old one.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 18:16, October 22, 2012 (UTC)
  • Perhaps a redlink for this character? "one of the Troukree's companions" Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 20:53, October 17, 2012 (UTC)
          • It should be clearer now.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 07:36, October 18, 2012 (UTC)
    • Unidentified Troukree 2? Okay. I'll make one tomorrow.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 21:01, October 17, 2012 (UTC)
      • Ideally, I would suggest putting it under a more descriptive title to avoid numerics. Just find some brief description from the story that can be attributed to this character and put it in parentheses, like "Unidentified Troukree (jump assistance)"...or something. This will likely also require this nominated article to be moved too, since "Unidentified Troukree" would be more appropriate as a disambiguation page. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 21:08, October 17, 2012 (UTC)
        • That makes sense. The (jump assistance) might work for the other one, but right now I can't come up with anything remotely sensible for this dead guy.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 21:18, October 17, 2012 (UTC)
          • Maybe "(dead)", "(sacrifice)", or "(Daric Larone)". Just some ideas. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk)
            • Done. I also created an article for the other one.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 07:36, October 18, 2012 (UTC)
  • A few more minor things now that I think of them. As a general rule, we try to avoid leaving any bit of information exclusive to the infobox, meaning it should ideally be mentioned at some point throughout the article. See if you can't stick something into the P/T about him being green-skinned.
    • Done.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 16:41, October 22, 2012 (UTC)
  • Also, IIRC (and I may be wrong about this), the novel never refers to Nuso Esva as just "Esva," but always "Nuso Esva." If so, I would recommend staying true to this in the article and always refer to him by his full name. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 17:06, October 18, 2012 (UTC)
    • Done.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 16:41, October 22, 2012 (UTC)
      • FWIW, seeing CC's changes in his copy-edit, I checked with Cade just now to see whether Essential Reader's Companion refers to him as just "Esva," and I'm told that it does, so that's definitely the better way to go. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 20:54, October 22, 2012 (UTC)
  • One more thing. I notice also that the infobox lists the character as being affiliated with Thrawn's Empire of the Hand, but the Biography mentions that they are serving under Thrawn, the Imperial officer, which kind of comes off as not matching up. Would it be more accurate to say they were affiliated with the Galactic Empire? Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 17:13, October 18, 2012 (UTC)
    • Giving this a little more thought, maybe just listing Thrawn himself in the affiliation field would work best? Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 17:31, October 18, 2012 (UTC)
      • Definitely not the Galactic Empire, but Thrawn personally would work. Or maybe I should change the information in the body of the text.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 16:28, October 22, 2012 (UTC)
        • I put Thrawn as affiliation as I couldn't think of a way to say he had his own Empire in the making without it sounding like he was a traitor to the Galactic Empire, which Thrawn was not.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 16:55, October 22, 2012 (UTC)
          • Yeah, I think this is probably the best option. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 18:11, October 22, 2012 (UTC)
