    • No, that annexation is a completely different thing than the organization of space around Unagin into sectors. Look at the map closely. The annexation of the northern Hutt territories is unrelated to the organization of Rimward Hutt territories into sectors. Not to mention that Unagin is nowhere near the northern Hutt territories.
