If KOTOR gives no name for the crystal (since Surik's name wasn't confirmed until later), shouldn't the article be marked with Conjecture? If KOTOR gives its name as "Jedi Exile crystal", it could be argued the article should be moved there.1358 (Talk) 23:12, March 14, 2018 (UTC)- It explicitly says "Character name crystal" so canonically that character name is Meetra Surik and such it should stay as is? – Tm_T@Wookieepedia:~$ 14:03, March 15, 2018 (UTC)
- That means a single source didn't explicitly identify as "Meetra Surik crystal" but the name comes from a combination of two sources, making it conjectural. 1358 (Talk) 20:08, March 15, 2018 (UTC)
- Allright, that is done also on armband. – Tm_T@Wookieepedia:~$ 10:02, March 16, 2018 (UTC)

- Referring to the crystal without a definite article just sounds awkward. Seeing as the title is conjectural, and the lead quote uses "the" when referring to the crystal, I think we can go ahead and use "the Meetra Surik Crystal" in this article as well. 1358 (Talk) 20:43, April 25, 2018 (UTC)
- I tried to refer the crystal now as the one and only, let me know if I failed to achieve what was the goal here. – Tm_T@Wookieepedia:~$ 06:32, April 30, 2018 (UTC)
Imperators II crystal
Per ref 5, why isn't the article named Meetra Surik Crystal?- Have to doublecheck how it is in the dialogues, there's a chance that dialogue files have multiple versions of it and thus requires update on references. – Tm_T@Wookieepedia:~$ 17:18, April 4, 2018 (UTC)

Er, why isn't it mentioned that the crystal glows with green color in the main image?- Hmm, indeed I recall it does glow green in the crystal cave, that requires further investigation. – Tm_T@Wookieepedia:~$ 17:18, April 4, 2018 (UTC)
- Indeed, green glow in the formation, white glow in the crystal. I tried to fill that in to the article. – Tm_T@Wookieepedia:~$ 20:00, April 13, 2018 (UTC)

Please make the double ref for the date in the infobox a manual ref note explaining how the BBY date for the crystal's discovery is derived.Imperators II(Talk) 11:41, March 26, 2018 (UTC)- That's always fun, will try snatch some good example from some other article. – Tm_T@Wookieepedia:~$ 17:18, April 4, 2018 (UTC)
- I think I got this sorted reasonably well. – Tm_T@Wookieepedia:~$ 20:00, April 13, 2018 (UTC)

Okay, what is going on with this sentence? "Coming from green-glowing naturally-formed crystal formation, it absorbed excess energy [...]" — please find a more suitable verb than "coming from." And please provide the reader with the subject's full name when you introduce it in the article's body. And just a little bit further, there's an excess whitespace before a ref.Imperators II(Talk) 20:23, April 13, 2018 (UTC)The Artifact infobox has a color field which needs to be filled in.Imperators II(Talk) 20:23, April 13, 2018 (UTC)Referencing "Meetra Surik" just to Revan in the body doesn't work, as it implies that Revan has unique info regarding the crystal, while in reality it doesn't mention it at all. It should either be a) a double ref, with one for KOTOR2 and the other for Revan, or, going with our newest trend, b) just reference the name to KOTOR2 and place the burden of identifying the origin of Surik's name on the respective article.Imperators II(Talk) 20:23, April 13, 2018 (UTC)

- Leaving this same objection here and for the armband nomination. I'm to understand that the game's "official" name for the player-character, assuming the player doesn't choose their own customized name, is "the Exile." Not "Jedi Exile" or "Meetra Surik," both of which came later. Therefore, the article name for this subject should be exactly what the game would call the subject by default, which would be The Exile Crystal, according to the referenced game files: Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords dialogue file, StrRef 110092 – 110631: "<FullName> Crystal" That would be the official, non-conjectural name for this crystal. We shouldn't be applying revisionary logic to name this subject, because the name "Meetra Surik" never applied to this game, only "the Exile" did, so that should be how we name it. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 22:30, April 25, 2018 (UTC)
- I really don't know what to say or do, we've been pulling this name back and forth for so many times. In the game there's AFAIK no single instance where it would say "the Exile Crystal" unless you name your character with name "Exile." Either way you end up having item name that doesn't appear as-is in the game. – Tm_T@Wookieepedia:~$ 06:43, April 30, 2018 (UTC)
- I'm not sure you understood anything I said, and I'm not sure how to clarify it any better other than just repeating it. The game's default character name is "the Exile," so if the player honors the game's intentions and names their character as such, the game's dialogue file (according to your referencing) will produce someone saying "the Exile Crystal" at some point in the game, thus not being conjectural. This is the same principle as to how the main character of the Legend of Zelda games is officially named Link, though players can nonetheless name their character anything they want. But anyways, that's my objection -- to rename the article as The Exile Crystal. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 16:54, April 30, 2018 (UTC)
