Objections

Fan
  • If Arrakan is in the Outer Rim's Sulphis system, then wouldn't it be prudent to place the article in the Outer Rim Territories species category and mention Arrakan's location in the article body? Fan26 (Talk) 04:53, 13 April 2025 (UTC)
    • The source does not, in fact, state that Arrakan was in the Outer Rim. And if we don't even know the region, mentioning the system here seems just meh. Imperators II(Talk) 07:13, 13 April 2025 (UTC)
Ecks
  • I don't understand how this is counts as an indirect mention of the species. Seems pretty direct to me: "Other leviathans lived on Dorumaa and Arrakan." Xd1358 (Talk) 10:21, 24 May 2025 (UTC)
    • Imo the usage of the common noun is not equivalent to that of the specific proper noun. Imperators II(Talk) 12:14, 24 May 2025 (UTC)
      • Would you not count "the humans of Alderaan" to be a direct mention of Alderaanians? I'd argue that is comparable to this. Xd1358 (Talk) 14:04, 24 May 2025 (UTC)
        • ...I absolutely would not, no. A direct mention is literally when the subjects' actual name (or one of such names) is used. Imperators II(Talk) 14:44, 24 May 2025 (UTC)
          • Don't agree with that at all, but I'll digress. Xd1358 (Talk) 14:16, 25 May 2025 (UTC)
