  • I've had a re-read of the source and unfortunately it does not appear that there is any more information that could be added to the article, and there is nothing at all that can really be used to justify a P&T section. This guy is just a random background character who is mentioned only very briefly in the source when setting the scene. Thanks for your review. --Jinzler (talk)
