Anil
I have briefly discussed this with Imperators, and I think it would make sense to consider locations marked on a galaxy map celestial bodies, which also fits with other locations on the same map. What do you think?Anıl Şerifoğlu (talk) 22:46, 18 July 2023 (UTC)
- Given the nature of some of the markers (Kuat and Balmorra getting grouped and the two being the industries rather than the location) I am gonna have to disagree. Champat was formerly a precedent before Timelines fixed that up. Braha'tok enthusiast Hello there 07:09, 19 July 2023 (UTC)
- Per Anil, I think treating them as celestial bodies makes more sense. In Legends it'd be a no-brainer (thanks to largely having corresponding star systems). Also, the map doesn't actually explicitly say those markers strictly represent just the industries, instead it says "this map notes the locations of other major Imperial shipyards and drydocks, as well as key mining centers for metals and ores." Imperators II(Talk) 08:25, 19 July 2023 (UTC)
- Also, we're already doing this with pretty much every other galactic map out there, so why should this one be any different? Imperators II(Talk) 13:42, 19 July 2023 (UTC)
- Very well, changed. Braha'tok enthusiast Hello there 22:41, 20 July 2023 (UTC)

Erebus
Since it was a site of industrial interest to the Empire, and in conjunction with the current use of Category:Galactic Empire locations, shouldn't the Empire be in the affiliations field?- Done.
Per above as well, how would you feel about including "industrial" or something related in the infobox?Erebus Chronus (Talk) 01:57, 19 July 2023 (UTC)- Not massively sure what field would accommodate that. Braha'tok enthusiast Hello there 07:09, 19 July 2023 (UTC)
- For some reason, I keep seeing "Class" as the suitable field, but it's not the right use for it. Does terrain make sense? If not, then I'll strike. Erebus Chronus (Talk) 21:26, 20 July 2023 (UTC)
- Class is for like "terrestrial" or "gas giant" if that makes sense. Industrial doesn't fit in that field. Braha'tok enthusiast Hello there 22:41, 20 July 2023 (UTC)
- That's what I said :P. But how about terrain? Erebus Chronus (Talk) 00:29, 21 July 2023 (UTC)
- Worth noting that, if Karavis is treated as a celestial body (which I and Anil had argued in favor of above), there are "industrial" astronomical objects out there that did not actually have a heavily-industrialized surface, for example, Legends Corellia and Kuat. Imperators II(Talk) 07:29, 21 July 2023 (UTC)
- Fair enough. Erebus Chronus (Talk) 01:28, 22 July 2023 (UTC)
