Context for Yavin 4.At three paragraphs in the body, I don't think that subsectioning is necessary. The way you've broken up the paragraphs already denotes what information is about before or after his death. I'm objecting to this mainly because that's what I was recommended to do on Zett Jukassa, which had a similar situation.JediMasterMacaroni(Talk) 20:07, 11 October 2021 (UTC)
Manoof
The intro says he went on a covert mission without any communication with the alliance. Can this be rephrased as it makes it like his going on the mission wasn't communicated, rather than the mission was deep-cover without ongoing communications. Looks great otherwise! Quote attributions would benefit from clarification on who Bonard is talking to. Also, it's preferable to specify the character's real name there before establishing the alias.Intro states he joined the Alliance during the war, while body says he only served in that time. Does the source say he actually joined? In the body, Reader's Companion currently sources everything before the date."Thus, he had no one to call to for help following his capture by Imperial forces." This is the first time you mention the capture in the body. Also, I think it's already redundant to state he can't call for help when you've already established that in the preceding paragraph."Planchet eventually broke and divulged everything he knew about the Alliance in a plea to end the torture, which the Imperials fulfilled by executing him with a blaster shot." "Fulfilled" in the ironic sense?- Yeah. Is that alright? Or should I change the whole sentence. ToRsO bOy (talk) 11:31, 4 December 2021 (UTC)

"Jez Planchet was a skilled individual who managed to achieve the rank of lieutenant within the Rebel Alliance." Achieving a certain rank is not a noteworthy detail if we don't know what the character did to get it in the first place. Here's another lieutenant as an example."He was trusted enough by his superiors to go on a deep undercover mission to Malastare for a long period without reporting back." Is this actually supported by the source?UberSoldat93(talk) 10:30, 13 November 2021 (UTC)
Since lieutenant is a military rank in this context, don't you think that would make Planchet part of the Alliance Military?UberSoldat93(talk) 10:31, 13 November 2021 (UTC)
- Added that info in. Thanks! ToRsO bOy (talk) 11:31, 4 December 2021 (UTC)
- You don't need to specify he was an officer in the article proper when the rank is already stated. To quote the Layout Guide, "Organizations in any character infobox that are inherently implied by a stated role." Also, it is now missing from the infobox. UberSoldat93

Ayrehead
I'm not seeing how the current date note covers the 0 BBY date for his capture. The body also doesn't actually say that he died in 0 ABY anywhere since the date comes up after his death.Ayrehead02 (talk) 20:14, 6 December 2021 (UTC)I think you can expand the sentence at the end of the bio to say that he claimed Planchet had given him a message and told him to report for duty.Ayrehead02 (talk) 20:14, 6 December 2021 (UTC)
