• Maybe something more formal like "electrocute" and "strike" instead of "zap" and "pop" (unless the clones were bursted like popcorn or something)

• This smells speculatory: "which appeared to be charged with electricity at all times"
  • Removed that bit.
• "Like Jek-14, Jek-15 wore[1] a precursor to Phase II clone trooper armor,[3] which was a near copy of Jek-14's" -- You don't need to mention that this armor was similar to Jek-14 twice in this sentence.

• Per the pronouns CT being passed, I'll review the episode to see if Jek-15 is directly referred to at all in the episode.
