Really good work! One question, though: "However, he was unable to suppress the initial shock when caught unaware, allowing individuals looking for a reaction to see it clearly before he regained control." As this only happened one time, do you think it's fair to cite it as a definitive trait? "He was unable" seems a little speculative when we only have one instance to draw from; it might be better to specifically reference that instance rather than turn it into a general claim. Thoughts? Just as a note, I de-capitalized each mention of "Pirates" when using the word individually, which I feel just looks better for aesthetics, and since I read it more as an informal mention when not using the actual formal group name.
