Hi, I'm Immi Thrax
Right now, the article closes very abruptly without transition; the last paragraph jumps from a comment on his original casting to saying he reprised in the sequel and then he died. Some possible questions to help this be less abrupt: What has been said about his role in KOTOR 2? Did any of his SW collaborators or the SW social media have anything to say about his legacy upon his passing? Immi Thrax
(she/her) (talk) 06:41, 20 July 2022 (UTC)- I don't think there's a way to get around it, I've scoured the net for everything you've suggested Commander Code-8 Hello There! 07:40, 20 July 2022 (UTC)
- It looks like he had an Insider interview published around the time of the game releases ("In an interview about the Star Wars radio series published in 2004") or between them? The mention of that interview is only during the radio section. It makes sense to keep the material about the radio production where it is, but it could help with the abruptness of "KOTOR, KOTOR2, death" to put a mention of that interview where it fits chronologically. - I've added a mention of the interview but I'm not sure that it totally solves your issue, given that it precedes KOTOR 2

I think it's worth (briefly) touching on how he and Mark Hamill both contributed voices to many of the same projects, even though they didn't overlap on Star Wars specifically. To help with identifying those, here are IMDB search results where they are both listed. Mark was photographed with Ed at the latter's 90th birthday and celebrity roast, so he may well have had something to say about Ed that's worth noting. Immi Thrax
(she/her) (talk) 04:50, 23 July 2022 (UTC)- There's a pop culture obsessed part of me that wants to document this, but it might need some wider reflection/discussion on the function of our OOU articles in relation to where we draw the line about cast and crew members association with fellow SW actors. Are notable collaborations/friendships totally in line with our purview as a Star Wars wiki? And are we only interested in them if they involve highly relevant actors like Mark Hamill, Asner was also friendly with Ed Begley, Jr. Commander Code-8 Hello There! 09:21, 23 July 2022 (UTC)

- While doing some copy-editing, I added a redlink to Alex Kane, since he was a writer for StarWars.com for 3 years. Also created the article while I was at it, as a courtesy ^^. NanoLuukeCloning facility 17:49, 26 August 2022 (UTC)
