- Although I appreciate the remark, it all comes down to personal preferences. From what I gather, "he or she" is perfectly acceptable. But thank you for your support anyway! :-) --LelalMekha (talk) 22:01, August 7, 2013 (UTC)

Context on Pollillus, and Majoor?Otherwise, nice article. 501st dogma(talk) 14:11, August 7, 2013 (UTC)- Added "planet" both times, I guess that should do the trick. And thank you, by the way. ;-) --LelalMekha (talk) 14:15, August 7, 2013 (UTC)

Wouldn't the eyebrow count as hair and also allow you to fill the hair color field?--Exiled Jedi(Greetings) 04:40, August 13, 2013 (UTC)
- Certainly. It has been fixed. --LelalMekha (talk) 08:20, August 13, 2013 (UTC)

"Sometimes, the two heads appeared to share thoughts, one beginning a sentence and the other finishing it." Sourced to the comic, suggesting the Dyclops had dialogue - could anything from this be used for a quote?IFYLOFD (Enter the Floydome) 05:39, August 16, 2013 (UTC)- See if you like the one I added. The gunner has two lines, and the other only has one head saying "What..." and the other continues with "the...?" (When the gunner sees Llez storming into the room.) --LelalMekha (talk) 09:05, August 16, 2013 (UTC)

I think we get into trouble when we start mentioning real-world biological terms that are not mentioned as such in any source. Things like "sclerae" and especially "coeliac plexus." We don't know that a Dyclops had a coeliac plexus. Forgive my brash example, but the middle of their chest could house their testicles, for all we know. I'd like to see these items reworded to use less real-world specific terminology.- I did remove "coeliac plexus," but I'm having a hard time replacing sclera. How else could I call that? I don't suppose I could say that they have "a yellow white of the eye..." However, I remember that "sclera" was used in one of the visual dictionaries; granted, it was about a Neimoidian, but that still exists. --LelalMekha (talk) 23:40, August 22, 2013 (UTC)
- Ok, as a long as a source uses the term, that's fine, I think. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 18:03, August 24, 2013 (UTC)

We have a site policy stipulating not to use bold text in comic quotes even though the comic may bold certain words. I can dig this up for you if you would prefer.- No need to dig that policy. It's been fixed. --LelalMekha (talk) 23:40, August 22, 2013 (UTC)
This is starting to border on speculation. Can we word this more definitively? "the two heads appeared to share thoughts"Where exactly are you coming up with the plural variant "Dyclopes"? I don't see this term mentioned anywhere in the Blog posting.Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 23:21, August 22, 2013 (UTC)- Now that is the question I feared... When I fist read the article, one of the questions I asked Abel Peña was about the proper plural form of "Dyclops." Unfortunately, he only gave a jocular answer, stating: "Don't be ridiculous, guys. It's obviously Dyclopodes." However, since "Dyclops" is based on "cyclops," which makes "cyclopes" in the plural... I realize that's not enough, though. I may try and ask Peña again. --LelalMekha (talk) 23:40, August 22, 2013 (UTC)
- Yeah, I wouldn't assert "Dyclopes" based on just that alone. For the sake of this nomination, I would recommend just treating "Dyclops" as both the singular and plural for now, then you can change it later if you do get a real answer. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 18:03, August 24, 2013 (UTC)
- It's all right with me. The article's been fixed, and I shall change it if I ever get a real answer. --LelalMekha (talk) 18:27, August 24, 2013 (UTC)
