"which the Lazerians blocked from detection due to minerals that blocked sensor scans, which were in abundance in the water." This reads weird to me. I'm uncertain if the Lazerians purposefully block the cities from being detected or if its an accident the Lazerians can't detect them. Can this be reworded?
