I don't think multiple sections in the bio are necessary since they're both pretty short, if you make that change I think the second quote in that section would work just as well in the P&T- Forgive me for the interjection, but two paragraphs are usually enough to support an image, which, adding a quote if available, makes a perfectly valid subsection. And the two pairs of paragraphs here clearly talk about different things, i.e., the first about Scay's drunken encounter with BB-8 and the second about further events featuring/related to Scay.
