  • A couple of things: the first is unlike with subjects on the Death Star before the Battle of Yavin in ANH, on the Executor during the Battle of Endor, etc, there are enough subjects on the Death Star awaiting Palpatine or Vaders' arrivals who weren't present on the station during the Battle of Endor, so I don't exactly think mentioning the Death Star's destruction after is of value for this article. Doesn't help that Chiraneau in Legends is a literal example. Also, it seemed there was reasonable doubt brought up about Mike Havord being Chiraneau, so I question that element of the behind the scenes. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 15:29, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
    • Also of note: as the Legends counterpart is a status article, if Mike Havord is to be evaluated as reliable to state as portraying the character, then it's best for that info to be added back to the article after it was previously removed. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 15:32, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
      • To the first point I think it's still worth mentioning that the only location this character is pictured is destroyed not longer after they're pictured there, even if it's perfectly possible Chiraneau survived as it still provides context that they definitely weren't there for much longer either way. I've got a newer reference to an autograph site with authentication which is usually good enough for our purposes, it can be re-added to the Legends article with the same reference but thought I'd let this nomination finish first before adding it incase there were objections. Also please don't just remove valid uses of the singular they, I've re-added them to avoid reptitive wording. Ayrehead02 (talk) 15:47, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
        • Ah okay, and so I added back the Mike Havord information to the Legends article with the citation used here. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 16:10, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
