• Think we could use a touch of context in the intro regarding why both sides wanted Godera so much. I'm not really seeing it in the body either, at least until the very end.
  • Done.
• You put the name Watcher One in quotes a few times, but not all the time. Make it consistent.
  • The reason it's in quotes is showing that the guy isn't really Watcher One—it's an Imperial disguised as him.

• "using the equipment at one of Godera's laboratories, Watcher One tracked the doctor's bioscan to another lab in the Brell Sediment laboratory." So it was a lab in the lab? All these laboratories can get kind of confusing, I think you'd be well served to vary the word choice some.
  • The last laboratory was a mistake. It's a lab in the Brell Sediment.
