• I do not believe the note for his manufacturer and characteristics works, since the source describes it for 4-LOM alone, not the entire droid series. He is a LOM-series, but I don't remember there being precedent for this kind of thing in past, just that we had to use the source that states it for the whole type/class.
  • There's precedent for doing this based on individual units, mostly recently R5-D5 off the top of my head. I think it's logical that if one member of a series is manufacturer by a company then that shows that the series is manufactured by that company given how manufacturing of a branded product works.
