"when Lars left to rescue his friend Tahiri Veila": is there an event article that should be linked here?- Nope. Our article, Battle of the Jedi Praxeum (Yuuzhan Vong War), covers everything, from the initial Vong attack to Solo's escape.
"At some time": this is a bit awkwardly worded. Could you use a more common idiom, perhaps "at some point in time"?- There you go.
Do the "slave houses" on Yavin 4 require articles?- Made one.
"she viewed the machinery used by the inhabitants of the galaxy that her people had invaded as abominations": there isn't anything grammatically incorrect with this sentence, but could you reword it for clarity? Be careful with listing "Yuuzhan Vong Empire" as an affiliation in NJO noms --- it's declared by Shimrra in Destiny's Way and doesn't exist beforehand. Simply "Yuuzhan Vong" would be a better affiliation for the infobox.- Pow, fixed. Ironic that I nailed someone else for this a while back. :P

I recommend listing Anakin's (and maybe Tahiri's, too) species. It's a bit confusing that he's only called a slave.- Added.

A little nitpicky, but does Conquest say for sure that she grew up while her Koros-Strohna was traveling in the void? Since some of the Vong have been in the galaxy for a few decades at this point, it seems best not to speculate unless confirmation is there.- Yes, as it states that she grew up on a cramped worldship, and was amazed at the life on Yavin 4 after living in the dying ship.
If she shows Anakin how to make luminescence with the lambents, then perhaps the end of the biography should mention that he used that knowledge to construct his lightsaber.
