Unidentified liege

The bio should open up with an introduction to who this character is, in a manner similar to the intro. As it stands, the bio opens with two sentences about the Clone Wars and then moves onto the liege without actually introducing him. "The liege..." what liege? We only know about him from the intro, and the body should operate independently of the intro. The opening of the bio reads more like a summary of Act on Instinct than a biography of this liege.
Every line of every conversation he has shouldn't be summarized in the bio. "The liege was prompted to comment on Xebec's apparent inexperience, but Destor quickly interjected, suggesting that the liege was impressed with the young Jedi. The Ukian was curious as to whether or not the clone troopers took umbrage at being subordinate to one so young, but their leader, Commander Ganch, revealed that they were in fact technically younger than Xebec." "The liege calmly explained that the creatures were harmless, and that their subsonic calls caused the Ukian grain to germinate—hence, they were essential to the ecology of Ukio."
