- I interpret him as being a minor representation of Andor's whole "banality of evil" theme, like he's not personally a bad guy per se and doesn't seem to have quite the contempt for the Dhanis the Commandant does, but he's still an Imperial officer and still planning the valley's development which will solidify the displacement. He's not quite the shitty person the Commandant is but he's nowhere near someone like Gorn, who actively turns on the Empire when presented with its evil nature. I think you can remove the 1stm tag in the BTS/apps section since there are sources listed that came before the episode release which count as 'mentions'/depictionsLewisr (talk) 20:49, 1 January 2024 (UTC)- I'd say the trailers only count as pictured only (which I've added to the second one) so the episode is technically still the first mention.
