Need to work out the image issue, there are way too many near the end of the article where there is less text. Either more text needs to be added or some of the images need to be removed. - Nicely detailed...a little too nicely detailed though. The sections illustrating Jaina's youth and Jedi training could use a lot more cutback on the level of detail; we're summarizing a series of books, not describing certain chapters in individual novels. An overload of subsections and some of them are rather unnecessary. I'm also questioning the necessity of the disambuigation notice for the same reason why quotes from Wookieepdians were voted off from being featured QOTDs. Yeah, no offense, but that's crossing the line just a bit too much. I realize the Kwenn disambig (sort of) because it's a fairly obscure article, but Jaina Solo is a major character and a main character in the ongoing book series, no one is going to come here looking for the Wookieepedian and be confused that they came to the character. Can we get a "Romance" section like on her parents and uncle's article? Between Kyp, Jag and Zekk there is enough candidates. I know we can write a personality and traits section pretty easily. As for the BTS, I'm not going to be a stickler on that one, just surprised there's not information there already--it seems like there would be something. - I've looked at it and I really don't think there's too much unnecessary detail. If you look at articles like Luke Skywalker and Lando Calrissian, we are trying to give them more detail than they've previously had, IMHO. Can you cite some examples? - I apologize for a late response. Reunion could use a little cut down of detail; there seems to be some detail there that I feel isn't notable. Perhaps the first three paragraphs in Trip to the Jedi Praxeum, as well as Abduction and First Corellian Insurrection. Caamas Document section is fine in terms of level of detail, but I can't help feel that it is not very important (and dare I say it? — unncessary, for it contributes little to the character and story arc). However, I'll leave it alone for now, because I honestly don't care as to whether or not to include the Caamas Document on Wookieepedia. The whole Jedi training's subsections could use some shearing as well as the Tempest information. (I'm not familiar with the roles Luke and Lando play outside the movies and NJO and on, so I couldn't comment much on that. By unnecessary detail, I mean information that seems to be more of a page or chapter summary that a summary that encompasses a whole book: "Jacen ended up being knocked down by the carcass of one of the beasts as the last surviving battle hydra prepared to sting Luke with its venomous tail. The beast was thwarted by Jaina, who used her bare hands to hold it back by its wings. Cilghal then made sure that the creature would not be able to do any harm again by wringing its neck." What I'm trying to say, is that most of the wording in the previously mentioned sections could be tightened and shortened and still serve the purpose of summarizing a book or series nicely. —Mirlen 05:25, 21 December 2006 (UTC)

- Impressive job with the citations. :) I can see that a lot of extraneous detail has been removed, but to my eyes, there are still many left as well. However, I would seek second opinion on this; I grew up with policies of Wikipedia in mind, so I may be biased in terms of how much detail should be included in articles outlining fictional characters' lives. —Mirlen 04:21, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
