IFYLOFD (Floyd's crib) 22:15, October 10, 2012 (UTC)- Fixed some errors that could have been avoided, but otherwise good job. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 20:30, October 17, 2012 (UTC)

I think that History section could really benefit from some subsectioning.Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 19:35, September 22, 2012 (UTC)- Good point. Any better? ~Savage

A discussion of paragraphs: I tried to find some points throughout the last two subsections of History to insert some paragraph breaks, which I felt were needed there. One place I'm particularly eying is the first paragraph of "New Republic period and beyond." I really feel like it would be most appropriate to put the final sentence, about Hoole's book, after the sentence describing that he turned into a Rishi and flew away, and then start a fresh paragraph with the part about Deboota.Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 22:02, October 9, 2012 (UTC)- Good idea. I've implemented the selected change. (I have to read a ton of stuff with reeeeally long paragraphs, so it's good to be reminded that most publications use smaller ones. :) ) ~Savage

- You know, I think I just absentmindedly missed the last part in that sentence that says he detailed his and Deboota's experiences in the book. I still believe a paragraph break should be there where you have placed it, but if you feel the sentence would best go back to how it was worded originally at the end of the Deboota paragraph, I'm very ok with that. - Also as a note, the reason I put the {{C| bit about the Codex entry next to TOR in the Appearances is because there are many Codex-only TOR appearances for subjects, and I started a campaign earlier to clarify this in Appearances list, and I just assumed from reading the BTS that this was another. Since Gank is also mentioned in the game itself, I believe your original "Mentioned only" is best, so I just changed it back to that. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 18:58, October 10, 2012 (UTC)
- I'm fine with the article as it is now. Thanks for the copy edit, and the support. ~Savage

I think the second and third paragraphs in the History section should be reversed. Why is there no "Ganks in the galaxy" section? Much of the detail in the History section feels like it should be in the Gitg. --Eyrezer (talk) 08:58, October 1, 2012 (UTC)- You were right; those paragraphs have been swapped. As for "Ganks in the galaxy," I thought about that. It would mean treating Ganks on Nar Shaddaaa as on their "homeworld," while treating Ganks who appear elsewhere in the GitG section. In the end, lacking any official homeworld, I thought it best to just incorporate Ganks in the galaxy into the History section, especially since most of the ones we know of (those working for the Hutts on D'vouran) better fit with the "History" arc of Ganks being a Hutt servant species. So, in short, no homeworld known, plus most of them are known to serve the Hutts and live on Nar Shaddaa, so it's really hard to disentangle History from in the Galaxy info. Does that make sense? ~Savage

Crimson
Just a few: In the penultimate paragraph of "Galactic Civil War," who is Crimson? The name comes out of nowhere without context or a link.- In that same paragraph, Thune is described as a counterpart. What does this mean? Our definition of counterpart is about droids...
Kaj Nedmak also seems to be referred to by his first rather than last name throughout that paragraph.- Good work. Just clean up that one paragraph! ;) Menkooroo (talk) 01:28, October 19, 2012 (UTC)
- Should be cleaned up. Thanks for the review! Per the "counterpart" thing, I think our counterpart article is silly and should be deleted. By that I mean that counterpart isn't a Star Wars specific term and has a standard English meaning: "a person or thing holding a position or performing a function that corresponds to that of another person or thing in another place:" In this case, both individuals mentioned are bounty hunters. What do you think? ~Savage
