Virgillian wheel lock
- Nominated by: Dropbearemma (talk) 06:40, 8 March 2022 (UTC)
- Nomination comments: You guessed it, it's only in The Truce at Bakura Sourcebook! Specifically, only on p. 38. Doesn't even get a mention in the Droids and Equipment section. Tragic.

The article is in Category:Slugthrowers, if that's correct, I think you should find a way to link Slugthrower/Legends somewhere.LucaRoR

- How's that? Put it in the first sentence: "The Virgillian wheel lock was a flintlock, a type of archaic slugthrower produced by the Virgillians." Dropbearemma (she/her) 04:25, 9 March 2022 (UTC)

The body should make it more clear that the wheel lock is a type of flintlock. As it is now it's only impliedFan26 (Talk) 23:55, 8 March 2022 (UTC)- How's that? What do you think about rephrasing this sentence "The flintlock was used in the Virgillia system during the Virgillian Civil War by the Virgillian Free Alignment, as they did not have access to blasters." to something like: "Due to a lack of access to blasters, the flintlock was used by the Virgillian Free Alignment in their efforts during the Virgillian Civil War within the Virgillian system." Reason being that it could be read that the Civil war was their doing rather than the weapon being used by them. Manoof (he/him/his) (talk) 10:00, 11 March 2022 (UTC)- I like it a lot! Thank you, done. Dropbearemma (she/her) 10:03, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
Just noticed as well that Wheelock is a thing and seems to be Wheel lock. Can this be linked to the article and can you check the spelling and appropriateness to linking these, it may be we need to have the article at "wheelock" or "wheel lock" with the other as a redirect/alt name? Manoof (he/him/his) (talk) 10:06, 11 March 2022 (UTC)- Swapped out wheelock where it used to say flintlock in the article! We determined that the spelling in other sources is wheelock, so... this is fine, I guess! I've edited Wheelock to mention that it's also called wheel lock, too. - Ewww was hoping it'd be a misspelling, but ok lol Manoof (he/him/his) (talk) 00:21, 12 March 2022 (UTC)
- We all know we can't have nice things in the star war. Only cursed things. Dropbearemma (she/her) 03:05, 12 March 2022 (UTC)
