- Nomination comments: Please note that many reports have claimed that this film is about Exegol. This is sourced to this Deadline article, which does not actually exclusively report that the film takes place on Exegol. It instead says the film was "reported" by another source to be Exegol-related. This ties back to an offhand comment in The Hollywood Reporter's article. THR doesn't actually say Exegol is in the film, it more seems like an editorial flourish to say details are under wraps.
