While I do not object to the creation of this article since no source has confirmed his homeworld to be Celegia, I believe that there should be consistency between articles on Wookieepedia. The Ooroo article, which is an FA, says that his homeworld was Celegia. I believe that this discrepancy should be resolved before this article is brought to status. Perhaps if you talk to some of the Inquisitors, you can see what they think about this since the article was nominated back in 2007.--Exiled Jedi
