• The date can't be directly referenced to the Galactic Atlas as the atlas makes no mention of the events of Bounty. Instead you'll need to say that the book places the episodes Massacre and Brothers in 20 BBY and since the chronological episode timeline places Bounty between these episodes, it must also take place in 20 BBY.
