- From page 92 of The Essential Guide to Warfare: "Occasionally, tactical droids refused to take no for an answer. The Third Battle of Aefao...when the Chevin Major Room Garaf was executed by his tactical droid." Warfare doesn't outright say "Garaf and his droid had a disagreement and that was why the droid killed him" but Garaf being listed as an example of a commander killed by his tactical droid because of the droids' interpersonal issues, right on the heels of a paragraph describing how the droids didn't work well with organic commanders, means I consider it not an assumption but implicitly stated information that Garaf's execution was the result of him and his droid disagreeing.
