  1. I don't know about you, but I learned shapes and colours before I learned about hyperdrives and robots. Menkooroo 03:55, September 14, 2010 (UTC)
  2. Someone needs to write up fulsar bowl next! ~ SavageBob 02:10, September 15, 2010 (UTC)
  3. 248 words now. Surely you can find two more words. :P —Master Jonathan New Jedi Order (Jedi Council Chambers) 03:26, September 15, 2010 (UTC)
  4. ECvote Just found you two words :D SoresuMakashi(Everything I tell you is a lie) 23:30, September 15, 2010 (UTC)

  1. I hate to be that guy. But even though this article is so much fun, context is still needed on Han, Chewie, Threepio, Artoo, and possibly the Falcon too. Menkooroo 02:21, September 13, 2010 (UTC)
    • How about now? Too much would feel a bit fluffy. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 23:11, September 13, 2010 (UTC)
  2. From the Council Chambers:
    • Could you expand the intro just a little bit? As it stands, I think it's too short even given the overall length of the article, but an extra sentence or so could help.
    • "Although fulstar plates have not been mentioned since, there is no known canon information contradicting their existence." Is this really necessary? I've never seen this used on any other article, and it seems like pointless fluff, considering that it should go without saying.
    • Otherwise, nice work and definitely an interesting choice of article. —Master Jonathan New Jedi Order (Jedi Council Chambers) 04:41, September 13, 2010 (UTC)
      • I'll work on the intro shortly, but I do think the canon clarification is necessary given the talk page discussion about the topic. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 23:11, September 13, 2010 (UTC)
        • What I see on the talk page is three noobs blindly arguing "it's a preschool book, so non-canon" without fully understanding how canon works, while being corrected by an admin who does know how canon works. Also, the "discussion" has been dead for almost two years; if if was a current discussion, I could see how the statement could be warranted (temporarily, at least), but considering no one has said anything in almost two years, I just don't see how it's needed now. —Master Jonathan New Jedi Order (Jedi Council Chambers) 02:35, September 14, 2010 (UTC)
          • Meh. Nixed it. Though in general I think we need more of this kind of clarification around rather than less. Also, intro expanded. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 02:00, September 15, 2010 (UTC)
  3. Prepare to be savaged...
    • These could be quirks of the "Device" template, but how does a fulsar plate have an affiliation or an era? Presumably, an inanimate device cares not whether the Empire or the Rebels use it, and since the Falcon and X-wing's outlasted the Rebellion, presumably fulsar plates did as well. ~ SavageBob 05:20, September 14, 2010 (UTC)
      • "Affiliation" is a valid point, so I removed it, but the usage of era is consistent with other articles of all kinds. They were only mentioned in the Rebellion era, so we can't say with certainty that they weren't somehow phased out by the Legacy era, yada yada yada. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 02:00, September 15, 2010 (UTC)
        • Point taken. More children's book randomness, please! :)
  4. Eyrezer
    • Wouldn't a crop of this image be more appropriate for the infobox?
    • That image also shows that the plates have assorted lines and dots on them that appear similar to solder lines. You should add some kind of description of this to the article. --Eyrezer 09:26, September 15, 2010 (UTC)
      • Sigh. You people are just trying to turn my absurd CAN into an absurd GA, aren't you?  :-P -- Darth Culator (Talk) 14:50, September 15, 2010 (UTC)
        • Yes, we are. And between Menkooroo, Soresu, Eyrezer, and myself, we've accomplished it because it now sits at exactly 250 words. Now if only I could see the look on some reader's face when they click on this from "Random GA" on the Main Page... —Master Jonathan New Jedi Order (Jedi Council Chambers) 23:39, September 15, 2010 (UTC)
          • Alright, someone archive it and I'll start over on the GAN. You people and your "context."  :-P -- Darth Culator (Talk) 20:01, September 16, 2010 (UTC)

  • 206 words. Not likely to get any more detail unless it goes all PBP-y. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 00:25, September 13, 2010 (UTC)
    • Perfect 250. Take it to GAN! SoresuMakashi(Everything I tell you is a lie) 23:32, September 15, 2010 (UTC)
  • FYI, I linked both magnet and hyperdrive in the intro and the body. As far as I know, the intros for these ultra-short articles still count as intros. Menkooroo 03:55, September 14, 2010 (UTC)
