• There is no need for a separate ref note to source why we know chowder is soup.

    • I'd like the new sentence rewritten to make it clear the Calamari were eating chowder as well. Regarding the ref note, no. It is not necessary to explain-for example, most of the time a human character is never identified as human, but we don't require a note explaining "Because x source confirmed humans look like this, this person is a human"-the same applies here.
