As with Nek, I think it should be "The Bassa Hound was a heavy-hoofed, non-sentient species".Ayrehead02 (talk) 13:22, December 28, 2017 (UTC)- Done.
You should add a timeframe for the events described.Ayrehead02 (talk) 13:22, December 28, 2017 (UTC)- The 34 ABY reference got a bit wordy, so it might need to be cleaned up. - Cwedin(talk) 00:22, January 4, 2018 (UTC)
- I'm not sure you can say it's definitely in the same year based on the logic in the reference, you'll need to change it to "around 34 ABY" or better yet "less than a year before X event that occured in 34 ABY". For example the release of TLJ was less than a year a go from today, but didn't occur in 2018. Ayrehead02 (talk) 10:11, January 6, 2018 (UTC)

Exiled Jedi
I might be misreading the article, but it sounds like it is the same bassa hound that is set loose during the Imperial era and then shows up again around 34 ABY. It seems like the article should note something about how long these animals live if we know for a fact that they are the same.- Banz only encounters a single bassa hound, but there could be others, so I've rephrased the article to clear that up.
Just to make sure I am following: The entire group of creatures is described as being from the stronghold?--Exiled Jedi (talk) 19:12, January 28, 2018 (UTC)- Yep. The book rattles off a dozen or so species in the pack, and it says they're only on Vodran because of Harra.
More of a question: Does the novel state that all of the creatures are still in a group around 34 ABY, which would be 25 years after they were set loose? That just seems a little odd to me. How exactly is the information given to the reader?--Exiled Jedi (talk) 16:33, January 11, 2018 (UTC)- Prior to Banz's mission, Ackbar says:
- "[Vodran] was the stronghold of Harra the Hutt. She and her collection of scum and troublemakers abandoned Vodran during an Imperial incursion…"
- and later, when Banz encounters the misfit herd, the narration reads:
- "When Harra the Hutt had abandoned the planet, it was assumed she'd taken her business with her. It seemed that she hadn't and that her animals had returned to the wild, thriving even in that harsh environment."
- Doesn't make much sense, but it's still not the strangest thing from these books. Interestingly, numerous characters in the second book claim that the First Order took Harra's palace, but all those characters are proven to be unreliable, and that would completely derail the first book. - Cwedin(talk) 04:42, January 17, 2018 (UTC)
Could you elaborate on that? I'm wondering if they are overriding/clarifying information from the first book in the second one.--Exiled Jedi (talk) 19:12, January 28, 2018 (UTC)- In Join the Resistance, Banz is sent to Vodran to scavenge tech/supplies from the aftermath of the Imperial incursion, and the only reason he is sent is because the planet had been abandoned for decades. In Escape from Vodran, Banz discovers that the First Order had recently arrived in Harra's stronghold. A First Order prisoner claims that the First Order's arrival had scared Harra off-planet, but this character's mind had been screwed up by a bor gullet. Later, Harra says that she "gave" the First Order her palace, and they sent her away. However, the book also makes a point of showing Harra's childlike mind, basically painting her as the Jar Jar of Hutts. My interpretation is that Harra doesn't know the difference between the Empire and First Order.
- It could also be possible that Harra left when the Empire arrived, secretly came back later, and left again when the First Order arrived. - Cwedin(talk) 20:31, January 28, 2018 (UTC)

Can we get an article for the taking of Harra's stronghold?Supreme Emperor (talk) 03:31, January 16, 2018 (UTC)

Looks mostly good to me. Only one suggestion - context perhaps for the attack on Tuanul and the Resistance's activities?ProfessorTofty (talk) 16:49, January 22, 2018 (UTC)- I don't want to go far off-subject, so I've just noted that the attack was by the First Order, and that the Resistance is in opposition to them. Think that's enough context, or should I add more? - Cwedin(talk) 23:01, January 25, 2018 (UTC)
- Yeah, I think that's enough. Thanks. ProfessorTofty (talk) 19:46, January 31, 2018 (UTC)
