• Would the AC be interested in doing away with Wookieepedia:Good articles/Random in favor of a Lua module that would directly parse WP:GA to produce a random link? The current randomizer does not show up on "what links here", meaning that it often gets left with redirect links and broken links when a GA gets moved. For example, right now the GA randomizer contains two redirect links and three redlinks. By deleting that page and parsing WP:GA instead, we can eliminate that headache. To handle articles still on the queue that shouldn't yet appear on the randomizer, a new template would be created to use for those links on WP:GA; this would simply be {{Norandom|title|text}} as a direct replacement for [[title|text]] (technical detail: this works because the Lua module searches for standard [[...]] link syntax, and thus won't recognize a template). —MJ— ^Holocomm 19:40, March 21, 2015 (UTC)
