Whaluta Skanni was a Quarren who worked as a contract broker in the town Jaunta's Hope on the moon Toshara.[1] In 3 ABY,[2] Skanni was based just outside the Daruda Diner in the town and offered contracts from three criminal groups active on Toshara: the Pyke Syndicate, Crimson Dawn, and the Hutt Cartel. The Quarren had orange skin and black eyes. While outside the diner, they wore a tan shirt with a brown tunic and brown belt over it as well as brown pants, brown boots, brown gloves, and a green scarf.[1]

The thief Kay Vess accepted contracts from Skanni, although the Quarren despised having to resort to hiring someone they considered to be "riffraff."[1]

Behind the scenes

Whaluta Skanni appeared in the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws. The optional contracts that Skanni provides the player are randomly generated to provide reputation with the syndicates and credits.[1]
