The western district was located within the city of Chaleydonia, the capital of the planet Christophsis.[1] In 22 BBY,[2] during the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and Separatist Alliance, Republic forces commanded by Jedi Generals Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi were met with minimal resistance in their capture of the district and its town square during the engagements on the planet. It occurred as a result of Separatist General Whorm Loathsom's droid army's large abandonment of Chaleydonia for the eastern exurbs.[1]
