The eastern exurbs were a location on the planet Christophsis.[1] In 22 BBY,[2] during the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and Confederacy of Independent Systems, the exurbs served as the site for the refugee camp of Republic Senator Bail Prestor Organa, as well as the compound for the Minister of Sustenance.[1] However, during the Confederacy's invasion of the planet, the exurbs and the senator's relief mission within were targeted by the droid army of Kerkoiden Separatist General Whorm Loathsom, as well as the confederate government's planetary blockade commanded by the Harch Admiral Trench, who deployed a squadron of Hyena-class Droid Fighter/Bombers to commence a bombing run on the camp.[3]
Behind the scenes
The eastern exurbs were introduced in "Cat and Mouse,"[3] the sixteenth episode of the first season of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series, which aired on March 26, 2010.[4] It was later first identified in Star Wars: On the Front Lines, a 2017 reference book authored by Daniel Wallace.[1]
