The wampa cave in the Lanteel Glacier on Hoth was where Luke Skywalker was brought after being attacked by a male wampa. The Jedi-in-training later escaped, defendeding himself from a female wampa's advances by slicing off her arm.

Behind the scenes

The wampa cave first appeared in the 1980 Star Wars original trilogy film Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back.[2] It was later identified in the a card by Wizards of the Coast, for the 2003 Star Wars Trading Card Game expansion of the same name.[3]
