Veshok Squad was an elite clone commando unit, and was part of the Special Operations Brigade of the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. They were trained by Mandalorian Kal Skirata and near the end of the Clone Wars they were under the command of General Etain Tur-Mukan. They were named after a very hard wood found on the planet Mandalore, Veshok wood.[1]
