Lieutenant Veln Fessor was a ranking Office of Peace and Security officer in the city Gadrin on the planet Cularin.[1] Circa 31 BBY, [2] Fessor investigated the death of Narl Gorjax, an aide to Gadrin's political leader governor Barnab Chistor, who had been assassinated in the Gadrin glitz club Star Shocked.[1]
