Velenki was a small settlement located on Rattatak. Its inhabitants led the Jedi Ky Narec and his apprentice Asajj Ventress into a trap under threats from the warlord Osika Kirske. When the Jedi arrived to help the village, they were surrounded by Weequay raiders, who killed Narec. Despite the fact that they followed his demands, Kirske nevertheless burned the village using paralene.[1]
