Vanter Raffin was a male Human and native to the planet Ession. He served as the chief officer for Pakkerd Light Transport. He was a supporter of Warlord Zsinj and was described by the Warlord as someone who's nervous and complains too much. Vanter Raffin was a character created by author Aaron Allston for his novel X-Wing: Wraith Squadron, the fifth volume in the Star Wars: X-Wing published in 1998.[2]
In The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia, published in 2008, Raffin's title was labeled as chief of security for the government of Ession,[1] while X-Wing: Wraith Squadron presented him as the chief officer for Pakkerd Light Transport, and Hola Paskalian as his security director.[2]
